Customer reviews
Great did a charity ride recently in non stop heavy rain and thermal jersey underneath was completely dry
The fit is perfect when on the bike and fits great off the bike when using the tripple zip. I love the ventalation this jacket has to offer, the arms are easy to open up when needed and really make a huge difference extreamly light and packable regarless of the amount it offers The water proofing is great, yet to test in a long dfowenpour but cant complain so far... plus it looks super smart!
In my opinion, the best cycling rain jacket on the market today (and I have owned a few and assessed many). The Pertex Shield is outstanding in the rain (breathable and high water repellence), but is Albion's brilliant design that sets this jacket apart - no one else offers its features. Most cycling apparel companies (including the most well known, and even the most expensive/premium brands) sell good looking, quality rain jackets, but the vast majority of them have only one zipper (presumably to save on costs), which pretty much makes it impossible to access rear jersey pockets while it is raining. I have found only a few rain jackets with the dual zipper, which works well, but the Albion design, with zippers on two separate tracks, is truly amazing, and works exactly as advertised. And the small front zipper pocket is another brilliant addition. I just used this jacket in rain/sleet cycling on Mortirolo and Stelvio, and it performed like a champ. And it looks really good too, with subtle branding. The new world's best cycling rain jacket: expensive, but worth it.
Just Perfect.
